Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website www.sirengarmentshub.com and engaging our clothing manufacturing services. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. General Conditions

  • Siren Garments Hub provides custom apparel manufacturing services using both Knit and Woven fabric variations.
  • We accept orders ranging from small-quantity productions (for rising entrepreneurs/online pages) to high-volume bulk orders (for corporate companies, export houses, and global brands).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons violating legal or ethical manufacturing standards.

2. Ordering and Production Process

  • Order Confirmation: An order is deemed official only after a formal confirmation contact, execution of business documents, and completion of the required advance payment.
  • (PP) Meetings & Samples: Condition-based pre-samples can be provided before placing bulk orders. Prior to moving an order to the production line, a PP meeting is strictly held to review Tech Packs, sketches, or reference photos to avoid errors.
  • Progress Updates: We commit to providing transparent, real-time updates regarding the production schedule and situation to our buyers throughout the manufacturing process.

3. Financial and Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), and Letter of Credit (LC) with valid copy verification.
  • Cash Policy: Cash payments are strictly not recommended by us.
  • Order Basis: We accept both CM (Cut and Make) and FOB (Free On Board) order types, based on negotiated contracts.
  • Clear Terms: All orders are backed by transparent business documents outlining specific costs, ensuring zero future misunderstandings.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timeline Commitment: We make every effort to maintain the exact delivery date committed during order confirmation.
  • Local Delivery: Local orders can be delivered to the buyer's doorstep, designated warehouse, or picked up directly from our office. We utilize verified courier companies as well as our personal transport fleet.
  • Global Shipping: International orders are shipped globally following all proper custom and freight documentations.

5. Quality Assurance and Return Policy

We maintain strict quality control matching your requested standards and pattern fitting assurances.

  • Return Policy: If a manufacturing fault occurs, we handle the issue on a First Priority Basis.
  • Buyers must notify us of any defects or variations from the approved PP sample within a reasonable designated timeframe from delivery to initiate a resolution or repair process.
